During a long
history of over 5.000 years, the Aymara people have learned how
to live in perfect harmony with the Mother Nature and the cosmic
energy. During the period of the Aquarius the positive energy
of Tibet switched to the opposite part of the planet and Lake
Titicaca became the new energy center of the world.
In equinoxes,
the natives Aymaras people celebrate the Awakening when the energy
of the first sunlight passes through the Sun Gate in Tiwanacu.
Several millenary rituals and dances are performed within the
ruins. On the Lake people are also celebrating the Awakening and
they expect a new arrival of the Sun God who will rise from the
sacred water on the Sun Island.
